12. Termination

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
